16jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine users: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and UnionBank. 16jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your 16jl account balance within minutes of transaction completion. Bank transfer deposits are subject to the processing times of the originating financial institution and may take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours. 16jl does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may charge fees independently.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the requesting account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200; (c) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 16jl account; and (d) any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to the withdrawal amount must be satisfied prior to processing. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for GCash and Maya recipients and within one business day for bank transfers. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the subject promotion.
Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" in the promotional terms, all bonus credits awarded to your 16jl account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. 16jl reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel any winnings derived from bonus play where, in 16jl's sole determination, a player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; exploiting mathematical advantages in low-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal genuine play risk; or colluding with other players to fulfill wagering requirements. Determination of bonus abuse is at 16jl's sole discretion.

16jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the player's activity constitutes or is suspected to constitute fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; (c) the player has provided false or misleading identification information; (d) the player has initiated an unjustified chargeback through their payment provider; or (e) continued operation of the account would expose 16jl to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
Where an account is suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance remaining in the account — including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits — may be forfeited. In cases where no breach is established, verified funds representing genuine deposits not subject to disputed chargeback or active investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.

All content, materials, software, game assets, brand elements, logos, text, graphics, and user interface components on the 16jl platform are owned by or licensed to 16jl and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 16jl and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if 16jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
16jl's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, net of any withdrawals made during the same period.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits 16jl's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 16jl's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16jl collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data about its users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at 16jl.asia/privacy-policy. By using the 16jl platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
16jl complies with applicable Philippine data protection requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit the rights of any player to seek regulatory redress through PAGCOR or any other applicable Philippine regulatory authority.
